ING members receive discounts for World Am in August
The Golf.Com World Amateur Handicap Championship in Myrtle Beach is one of the most amazing golf events year in and year out.
For four days, 3,000 players compete in a 72-hole net tournament, utilizing 60 courses along the Grand Strand. By night, those golfers and their guests converge on the Myrtle Beach Convention Center for the World’s Largest 19th Hole – the Golf Expo, food and beverage, club-testing, entertainment, contests, scoreboard watching and more.
The logistics are mind-boggling.
ING members can see it up close and personal this Aug. 29-Sept. 3. And they can do so at discounted prices.
The host organization, Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday, is offering two ways for ING members to save:
1) Reserve space as an Exhibitor in the nightly expo and save nearly 15 PERCENT on the booth space (CLICK HERE). See 4,000-plus avid golfers and guest nightly for four nights.
2) Register as an individual contestant and save 60 PERCENT off the regular entry fee (CLICK HERE). Compete in the exciting net competition against players at your level.
Several celebrities will be on hand to add some special excitement to the nightly activities. They include golf commentator, author and former tour pro David Feherty, and short-game guru Dave Pelz.
The competition is divided into flights based on handicaps. Flight winners after four days of play will advance to the Championship Round at The Dunes Club on Friday, Sept. 3. The world champion will be crowned from that round.
ING is also having a special golf outing and dinner for its members and guests. That takes place Sunday, Aug. 29. See the registration form for details.
Deadline is approaching. This is a wonderful week for playing golf, hanging with ING friends, networking and enjoying a celebration of the golf industry.
